faith [n.] -belief in, confidence or trust in God; because in (Hebrews 11:1) faith is defined as confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
spirituality [n.] -the quality that involves deep feelings and beliefs of or relating to the spirit and/or the soul, rather than the physical parts of life

Everyone believes something. These beliefs and or practices are used to govern the way they choose to live and interact with others.
